Join Gretchen Restino, Senior Strategic Partner Executive from SuperEval, and , Mr. Chris Howell, Superintendent of Windham Raymond Schools in Windham Maine to hear about SuperEval and the impact it continues to have on developing and supporting leadership evaluations within school districts.  SuperEval is innovative educational leadership evaluation software. The innovative evaluation methodology includes employing reflective practices, conducting a self-assessment, and assembling a portfolio as examples of leadership driving an evidenced-based process. SuperEval serves all leadership team members from the school board and superintendent to central office and building-level administrators and support staff.  Mr. Howell and Gretchen will discuss the partnership and support that SuperEval has provided and the impact SuperEval has made within their leadership team.
