The FranklinCovey Education 4 Disciplines of Execution for Educators workshop helps school and district teams identify their most important academic and culture priorities—known as Wildly Important Goals (WIGs)—and build a simple, repeatable system to achieve them.

Participants will learn how to:

• Narrow their focus to a small number of high-impact goals that matter most for student success.

• Identify lead measures—the specific actions by educators and students that have the greatest influence on achieving those goals.

• Create compelling scoreboards that make progress visible to teams and students at a glance.
• Establish a cadence of accountability through brief, focused team check-ins.

 During the workshop, teams will have dedicated time to:

• Draft or refine WIGs aligned to school and district priorities.
• Identify meaningful lead measures connected to those goals.
• Design an initial scoreboard and outline a plan for weekly WIG meetings.

By the end of the session, participants will leave with a practical, ready-to-implement execution plan to help turn their most important 1 to 2 priorities into measurable results.
